I am half British half French. I am a QUALIFIED LANGUAGE TEACHER. I live in Mexico. Aside from my two native languages: English and French, I also speak Spanish fluently.
I have a certificate of English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) from the University of Cambridge.
I have a BA in French Literature from La Sorbonne University in Paris, and a Master's degree from Bristol University (UK). After my studies, I lived and worked in the UK for over six years in private corporations. In 2013 I decided to make a complete change. I left my job and moved to Mexico, where I am now a language teacher and a dancer within a contemporary dance company.

I have been teaching English and French for the last 9 years, to a wide range of students (adults, university students, teenagers and children) and in different contexts: online, offline in a classroom and private lessons.
I started teaching on Italki in July 2017. Before that, I opened and ran my own English school here in Mexico, where I taught English for aound 4 years. I have also taught English at the local Montessori school and French at the local Alliance Française , where I live.
I have also teach dance and yoga, here in Mexico.My lessons & teaching style
My teaching style is LIVELY and INTERACTIVE. The lessons will always be ADAPTED to your needs and interests. I believe in PRACTICE, so my lessons are oriented towards practice and communication from day 1, even if you are a beginner.
I specialise in:
1. General English and French (all levels) - adults and kids
2. Coaching for Public Speaking (how to give presentations) and interview skills.
3. Business English and French (meeting management, phoning, emails, negotiating in a foreign language and business culture).
4. Writing skills, English and French (reports/ assignments/ articles / essays).

India is an excellent teacher, I can't recommend her enough. She is very attentive and result oriented. Every single lesson was extremely helpful, I progressed really a lot thanks to her. She gave honest and bullet-point feedback on what I needed to improve and then gave super useful tips and strategies to get there.
