I believe that learning a foreign language is fun and rewarding. I've been teaching English for over 7 years and I'm really good at helping my students build real confidence and practical communication skills in English. I was born in Russia, but my family moved to the Unites States when I was still a kid, so I speak English like a native speaker. I have the best of both worlds: I remember what it’s like to be learning English and I also know what it’s like to be completely fluent in English.

Me as a Teacher

I create a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and confident to improve their English skills. Seeing my students' progress is the best reward I could ask for. My students usually describe me as a “fun, friendly, supportive, easy-going type of teacher”. I believe that every student is unique, so we will adapt our lessons to your individual learning style, personal preferences, and needs.

My lessons & teaching style

In order to see real progress we’ll use materials from the latest textbooks based on Communicative Language Teaching approach. This approach is used all over the world in most respected language schools and millions of people across the globe have learned English this way. You will speak A LOT during the lesson. It’ll be fun and effective. We will also adjust our program according to your individual goals and preferences.
