The teacher uses Linguahouse materials along with Google Docs to provide students with reference documents for review. The teacher is very patient and never criticizes students, so the classes are not stressful or burdensome. Highly recommended!

Shelley is a fantastic teacher, she has taught my daughter more than one year, we have tried different teachers, but we always book Shelley's classes, she has rich teaching experience, very good interaction with my daughter, and much more, thank you so much for your kindness and help with my daughter!

Shelley is friendly, engaging, and easy to talk to. I had a conversation session with her and she made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The conversation developed naturally, so we talked about all kinds of topics, including skincare, barbecues, road trips, ghosts, and the Lost Colony. As you can see there was never a dull moment :-) I really enjoyed the lesson and learned a lot at the same time. Thank you!

I’ve been studying with Shelley for several months, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my progress. From the first lesson, she created a warm, engaging atmosphere that made learning both effective and fun. Her clear explanations, thoughtful feedback, and patient encouragement boosted my confidence and fluency faster than I ever expected. Shelley tailors every lesson to my needs—whether refining pronunciation, expanding vocabulary, or practicing real‑world conversation. She arrives with varied materials and adapts instantly to focus on what I need most. Always punctual, professional, and genuinely invested in my success, Shelley assigns thoughtful homework, tracks my progress meticulously, and celebrates every milestone. I always leave our sessions motivated and eager to learn more. If you’re looking for a dedicated, skilled, and inspiring English teacher, Shelley is your best choice. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone!
