Hey everyone! My name is Zul from sunny Singapooooooore. First and foremost, about me: -Aspiring English teacher on italki. -Holder of a Diploma in TESOL with distinction from London Teacher Training College. -Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Aircraft Engineering with First Class Honours from Kingston University in London. -Teaching experience comes mostly from working in an International Language School with students from all over the world. -Avid volunteer as well, where I have taught English in small villages and children's homes in India and China.

Secondly, why you should learn English with me as a Teacher: -Something different, I am Singaporean and a native speaker of 2 languages, English and Malay. -High level of patience (hey.. I have worked with children!) -Flexibility, I am here to adapt to your needs and help you achieve them. -Approachable, feel free to ask me any questions. -Happy to follow your learning pace. -One of my interests is travelling. With that, I am always looking forward to meeting people and learning from other cultures, and that includes you as well.

My lessons & teaching style

Thirdly, my teaching style is based on: -Communicative approach (meaning that I will make you practise more of the language, by speaking. Trust me, it will boost your confidence and improve your English language). -Use of authentic materials, objects from everyday life, etc. -Custom lessons according to your preferences. -Continual support in between or after lessons. Lastly, types of lessons I offer: -Conversational English -English for different proficiency levels, particularly Beginners and Intermediate. -English for children -Grammar and vocabulary So with that, I look forward to meeting you and help you master the English language :)
