Mads

I have had a few lessons with Mads already and I am very happy with both my progress and the work we have done together. I do not feel my Danish study time as an effort but rather as something I look forward to. He makes every class interesting and safe to practice your Danish.

Mads is a great teacher! His intelligence is reflected in how accurately he explains subtle differences in ideas and meanings between languages. His notes are precise and extremely helpful when looking back over past lessons.

Mads is an excellent teacher that goes the extra mile to help you. He is very professional and caring. His adaptable teaching style and empathy ensures that all the students receive the best possible instruction, by being exposed to a plethora of teaching strategies. His English is on par with any native speaker I know, and his Danish is very clear and easy to understand. I highly recommend Mads to anyone who wants to succeed in learning Danish.

We talked about one of my favorite topics: literature. I don’t know much of the Danish literary scene, and it’s good to see what are some of the big names (so I can get the books and read them one day!). Mads is very informative and knowledgeable about different Danish aspects!

Another great class learning about adjectives and descriptions, and reading a fun little text to practice. Mads is really easy to talk to, and creates a very calm class to be able to practice Danish with no pressure. Highly recommend, as always, for your Danish learning!

I learned a lot about fun and interesting traditions in Denmark. It was a great cultural exchange class.
