Ciao! my name is Benedetta, I come from Bologna, I studied in Venice and I spent the last 25 years living abroad in many different countries like Eritrea, Bosnia, Kosovo, Lebanon, Kenya, Thailand, Switzerland and France.
I have a certification in teaching Italian to foreigners (DITALS) from the University of Siena and I am also a CELI examiner. I have been teaching Italian for many years to adults from different nationalities in different countries of the world.
I am fluent in English and in French.Me as a Teacher
I am a calm, patient and positive person, I teach in an informal and relaxed way, I like to listen and I am always in a good mood.
I like to travel, to read, to watch movies and to eat!
I have a background as architect and I love art and architecture.My lessons & teaching style
My lessons are for adult students who have at least a basic knowledge of the Italian language and wish to practice it to use it when traveling or for work reasons or, again, to pass the B1 exam for citizenship or to obtain a level certification or take an exam in Italian as a foreign language.
My courses are tailored on the student's needs, goals, and personal interests. You will improve your ability to communicate in Italian by enriching your vocabulary and grammatical knowledge. I give a lot of space to conversation: we can talk about books, music, cinema, art, food or whatever you prefer. During my lessons I speak in Italian, but I can give clarifications in English or French.My teaching material
