Hello everyone, I'm Alessandra!
I'm a freelance video games & comic books translator. I studied Japanese and English at university and I've taught Italian to foreigners in a language school. I love learning about other cultures and Italki allows me to speak with people worldwide!
I spend my spare time reading books, taking photos and watching anime. I am very friendly and I love to have fun with my friends.

I'm a very patient and friendly teacher who believes that the best way to learn a language is by using it in real conversation. In my lessons, we’ll focus on speaking naturally, building your confidence and fluency without worrying too much about grammar rules. I love getting to know my students and their cultures, and I’ll tailor each conversation to your interests, whether it’s travel, food, daily life, or anything you’re passionate about. In my lessons, I focus on conversation to help you speak Italian naturally and with confidence.
We can have free conversation or, if you let me know the topic in advance, I can prepare a more structured dialogue with useful vocabulary.
If you’d like, we can also read short texts together or work on your writing — I’ll help you correct and improve it.
