Hi, I'm Nikki, an online ESL tutor for almost 2 years now. I have worked as a nurse for 3 years. But I took a risk and ventured a path different from nursing. I'm now a teacher and was able to teach English to people from other parts of the world through online platforms. It was a fun and memorable experience I treasure every day of my life. I may be far from my students but I was able to impart something in their lives. I couldn’t be happier to help others by way of teaching. I believe that the learner learns best if he or she is actively involved in the learning process. Rest assured, that, you, my student will be the center and focus of our teaching-learning activities. Expect that I will motivate you and have you converse more. I’ll be here to guide and facilitate your needs – may it be free conversations, improvement in grammar, enhancing vocabulary, reading comprehension and the likes. Every learner is unique. Furthermore, I respect each one's multiple intelligences. When you would want other activities like singing, delivering speeches, playing word games, in addition to reading, listening and speaking, then I give you the freedom to do so. The key is that we will be helping one another towards this journey of yours on becoming an excellent English speaker.
