Masters degree in English and certified TESOL teacher educating adults and students. As a Master’s-qualified TESOL educator with extensive experience in UK and international school settings, I specialize in exam preparation, business English, and literature-based instruction. My professional journey has equipped me with the expertise to guide both students and adult learners toward linguistic proficiency and cultural fluency. Beyond the classroom, my background as a pianist and choir director informs my teaching methodology, integrating creative and engaging techniques to enhance language acquisition. Whether your objectives involve academic advancement, professional development, or conversational mastery, I offer structured, results-driven instruction tailored to you. I have taught children from the ages of 5 to 18+ in UK and International Schools. I am now assisting students at all levels to improve their English skills online. Adults may require English for business and travel; younger students may need help with writing, grammar and comprehension. I have also tutored international students for entry to leading UK independent schools and I regularly assist university students with their course work. Throughout my son's schooling, he has been taught by a variety of teachers, but only a few will leave a lasting impression. We appreciate you for being one of those exceptional teachers who will always hold a place in our memories! Thank you for creating a nurturing environment !

Nigel has been teaching regularly my 6-years old daughter for about a half of a year. He is a very patient, kind, attentive and responsible teacher who knows how to interest the child. I can see my daughter's progress and increasing her confidence in English. We are always saying "Thank you, Nigel !"

I feel I am really lucky to meet with Nigel for my son’s teacher. He is so experienced and always brings interesting topics! My son used to be very quiet and not proactive to have interaction with others. But after taking lessons from Nigel, he became more self-confident and outgoing, which is fantastic! Much appreciated!!!
