Hello and welcome! I'm Camilo, a passionate lawyer and educator with over 3 years of experience on Italki. I love teaching authentic Spanish and have had the privilege of guiding numerous students towards fluency in the language.
My unique approach combines my background in design and law to offer you enriching and authentic learning. My goal is to take you beyond textbooks and immerse you in real conversations that reflect everyday Spanish. Me as a Teacher
My background in design and law has given me a multifaceted perspective that I incorporate into my lessons. My method is based on immersion and active practice. In my classes, you will use a variety of materials ranging from contemporary texts to audiovisual media. Camilo is THE one! I always enjoy my lessons spent with him 😌 He’s well prepared, and he’s sooo down to earth. He always has a good balance of casual convos and grammatical lessons. Solely talks in Spanish, but he will always make sure you understand. He also keeps a google doc with sentences and links to resources from the lesson which is incredibly helpful.
