Bonjour Ă tous, my name is Fabien. I was born in Reims, France, and have been an expatriate since 2011. Iâve lived in the UK, Brazil, and returned to London a couple of years ago. Traveling a lot and learning new languages made me realise how much I love teaching. I became a French teacher 8 years ago and have been helping students from all over the world since then. Iâm also still learningâcurrently improving my Portuguese, refining my English, and exploring Spanish!
Me as a Teacher
I have been teaching online over the last 7 years. I also had been a professor in the Alliance Française of Salvador de Bahia.
I started by learning English again in 2010 after a bad experience in school, in order to move to London in 2011. Since then, learning new languages appears to be my secret passion. Becoming a teacher was just the next step that I took in 2016. Online teaching has been my first experience until I started teaching professionally at the Alliance Française. I help student who just want to travel and have some basic knowledges, or professionals who are looking for new skills. I also help to prepare for the official french exams like DELF and DALF. Having a private professor is to have tailor-made lessons. I build mine to give you exactly that. I will provide all the materials, including video/audio files, articles, grammar coursesâŠ
Few rules :
- Donât be shy ! You are here to learn and make mistakes.
- Never stop asking questions. I am very patient and will answer all of them.
- Leave your native language behind just for a while!
- Tell me when you donât understand, I will explain better.
- Donât be scared of being too casual and talk to me as your friend.
- Keep notes of anything and do some homework, it is really important for your learning process.
