Svitlana is a wonderful teacher! I am working on my speaking and listening and she is always encouraging and patient with me when I don't understand something she says or have trouble remembering words. Highly recommend for everyone. Thank you, Svitlana!

I am always so grateful for Svitlana and her lessons! I am especially appreciative of Svitlana's patience with me while I sort through the morphology and syntax of how everything is constructed in the questions and sentences we're working with. I am a slow learner, but I DO feel like I am making progress with Svitlana's help! Дуже дуже дякую!!! Я люблю ці уроки!!

Svitlana is a delight -- though I've been studying mostly on my own for 5 months, I haven't done much speaking of Ukrainian, and so this conversation practice had me very nervous and forgetting everything I knew. Svitlana was very comforting though, and helped explain meanings of words in English as she spoke. She also allowed me to speak English in my answers if I didn't have the Ukrainian. She then taught me how to say those answers in Ukrainian. Svitlana never seemed annoyed or upset at the need for some English in our conversation, and I so very deeply appreciate that -- she was very patient, and her energy is so very positive! I had a truly delightful trial lesson and will be booking further lessons with Svitlana! Дуже дякую Вам!!

I have been recently feeling very stuck and frustrated with my Ukrainian because I'm having so much difficulty remembering the words and conjugations I've learned and should know by now. Despite this, Svitlana demonstrates patience and kindness with me, and provides gentle reminders when needed without showing any frustration with the slow pace at which I am learning. I am also very grateful to Svitlana for the wait time she allows me while I try to sort through making sense of everything and what it all means, and when I'm thinking about what to say in response to questions. Thank you for helping me to continue to feel safe and comfortable in these conversations and lessons! Дуже дякю!

I so very much appreciated today's lesson with Svitlana! She used mostly Ukrainian in her speaking in today's lesson, which was a very good challenge for me, and encouraged me to give more of my responses in Ukrainian.
