Mary

I’ve been studying with Mary at Italki for two years now. My initial goal was to improve my spoken English, fill in some grammar gaps, and work on my accent — all in order to get a job at an international company. I’ve successfully achieved that goal, and I’m very grateful for her support along the way. What I especially want to highlight is her active engagement in every lesson. Thanks to her involvement, I was able to start speaking freely and develop real confidence in communicating in English. I also deeply appreciate her structured approach and the way she works across different areas at the same time — from fixing grammar gaps to improving pronunciation and accent. This not only helped me achieve my goals efficiently, but also made the lessons engaging and varied. I continue learning with her and highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their English skills.

Mary is an intelligent and brilliantly skillful teacher. She is not only very dedicated and committed but also an exceptionally likeable person, so that lessons with her are always extremely enjoyable and very helpful. Each class with Mary is great, either if it's a grammar class or conversational. Everything seems so clear and easy when she explains it, and she has patience to discuss the same structures in different contexts. Thank you.
