In my work, I choose textbooks and materials that suit student's needs best. I always try to combine adapted learning materials with authentic ones for more effective lessons. I also regularly share some interesting and useful content whenever I discover something new. I expect my students to be hard-working and cooperative. Together we can create a great atmosphere for a productive and engaging educational process. Finally, feedback is essential for progress. That is the reason why I encourage my students to share their suggestions and complaints if any.

For me, from an English beginner who can hardly understand anything to being able to discuss quite complicated topics with English speakers, the most crucial factor is her long-term teaching.
