Hello everyone! ¡Hola a todos! I’m Haleigh, your TESOL-certified English teacher from sunny California (now living in Paraguay with my husband and pup Lua!).
As an English teacher, I specialize in a few areas, including:
1️⃣ IELTS success – I’ll help you crack the exam with personalized strategies.
2️⃣ Spanish speakers – As a fluent Spanish speaker, I understand the challenges of learning a new language. If you need help with a word or phrase, just tell me what you want to say in Spanish and I’ll help you learn to express yourself in English.
3️⃣ Kids and teens – I teach all ages, and love helping young students improve!

I've been teaching English since the beginning of 2020. My accent is easy to understand, and I'm patient and laidback. We can adapt the classes to your goals and level. I prefer teaching students who already know some English (with the exception of Spanish speakers, see below). I focus on helping my students improve their conversational English and fluency. Please message me if you have something specific in mind for your class and I will be as accommodating as possible.
