Olesia

I always enjoy my lessons with Olesia! I appreciate how she structures our time in a very productive way and is encouraging and patient. She customizes each lesson to focus on what I want to work on and helps address my weaknesses with Ukrainian, I always leave having learned new vocab/grammar concepts and am very grateful to have a teacher like her. I highly recommend to all.

Olesia is the most passionate English teacher I have ever met. Having classes with her, I always feel like how time flies. I get to know so many useful phrases in class, and she always helps me to recap and use those learned phrases/words in the conversations. Besides, It is not only about the English itself, but also the quality of content talked in class, which does broaden my horizon. She corrects my mistakes and gives me real-time feedback such as the more precise and native way to say it, which is really helpful. A moderate amount of homework is given every time and the conversation class is all fulfilling!

An amazing teacher who gives not only English knowledge, but also support and great belief in the students. And this helps a lot, both in studying the language and in following other ambitions.

Olesia is a wonderful teacher! A few months ago, I decided that I was going to learn Ukrainian from scratch and, given that this would be my first language in the Slavic group, I started right away with Olesia. I'm so glad I made that decision! We've had more or less weekly lessons since then and my progress has been steady, thanks to her. She's a driven, but compassionate and patient, teacher and she's done a fantastic job of providing resources and introducing me to helpful beginner's media in Ukrainian. She's also got a great sense of humor! The fact that she speaks Italian, too, is a bonus as we often have fun translating phrases into Italian, but her English is excellent, too, which of course I needed since I was starting from A0. So, if you're looking for a Ukrainian teacher, I highly recommend Olesia! I plan to stay with her for the continuance of my linguistic journey!

Olesia is a very fun and nice teacher to work with. She started the lesson speaking Ukrainian to me and often did throughout the lesson which is very helpful for me. She has a very nice sense of humor and I could hear and feel it throughout the lesson. I have had lessons on another platform with another teacher with different teaching style. I appreciated seeing the differences between the 2 and to compare 2 different approaches. What was really helpful too is to have a summary of what we talked of and what to work on for next lesson in writing. One additional item is that I explained how I was taught previous and she knew what to do to help me. All this in a trial lesson. Over the past few years, I have significantly improved my English thanks to Olesia. Our lessons were always wonderful, joyful, and eagerly anticipated. Olesia helped me dive into many new topics, learn relevant vocabulary, and improve my grammar skills. I also really like that Olesia always listened to what I was interested in learning and supported my initiative in terms of the direction I wanted to take my studies!
