Gabriela is a great listener and super easy to talk to and goes with the flow of the conversation. She is very encouraging and helps me when I can't find the word or the Spanish word wants to come out instead. She always has a topic prepared to talk about that is relevant to Brazil and the culture. She gives follow up videos to watch that help with the pronunciation and phonetics of the language. I am grateful to have found her as a tutor and would recommend her to anyone who would like to improve their Portuguese.

Gabriela is a great teacher who has great listening skills. She cares about your interests and evaluates to recognize your areas of improvement. She then strategizes to create lessons that strengthen your areas of improvement. She comes to class prepared having evaluated and listened to your communication of needs and what she feels could help you as a student. Great learning experience.

Another lesson done with Gabriela and she was like always a very trustworthy, reliable and very knowledgeable person to talk to. There is always something I learn in our conversations and she talks in a way that I understand. She explains everything and shows/tells me a lot about her home country. Eu amo as aulas com Gabriela! She is a lot of fun to talk to and the conversations feel natural and easy. When I don't know a word or two I can always say it in english and she understands and gives me the translation and although I am not very good in understanding Portuguese yet, she speaks slower and in a way that I can understand pretty good! Also I am impressed by her documents that I get after the classes. You can see, she really puts effort and thought in every student :-) Muito obrigada por me ensinar!
