Certified teacher with 8+ years of experience / Profesora certificada y con 8 años de experiencia Hello! I’m Morwenna, and I'm from Bath, UK. I'm fluent in Spanish and learning Portuguese and Catalan. I live in Spain and I love it! I also enjoy reading, yoga and travelling. I have a passion for languages and learning which I love to share! I have a degree in English Literature and Spanish, a Masters in Intercultural Communication, Translation and Interpretation in the Public Services and I have a PhD about communication between migrant workers - as you can see my focus and interest has been bilingualism for a long time now! ¡Hola! No tengo espacio para escribirlo en español, ¡pero puedes escribirme en cualquiera de los dos idiomas! =) I hold a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) qualification and have more than eight years of experience teaching English as a foreign language. I have taught students from all over the world. I worked as a teacher in two primary schools and a university in Spain and have also taught many private English and Spanish classes. I am a supportive, engaging, and friendly teacher - as my reviews show! Seeing students build in confidence and enjoy learning is my motivation to teach! Poseo el título TEFL y tengo más de ocho años de experiencia enseñando inglés como lengua extranjera en varios países. I can help more advanced students prepare for exams or lead conversation classes on a range of topics of interest to the student. I am also happy to teach younger students through games, songs and other fun activities. I set homework ...

Morwenna is a very attentive teacher and I think her international experience helps her to better understand the need foreigners can have with English.

I had a trial lesson with Morwenna. The exchange was very pleasant. She gave me a good idea of what a lesson with her would be like. I am looking forward to further lessons and will sign up for her timetable in January.

Morwenna gives such helpful feedback and advice with translations. I’m learning so much about the process and how to make my translations smoother and more natural.

I really enjoyed my translation lesson with Morwenna. She is very thoughtful and encouraging when she gives feedback and really models the process of how to think through and reflect upon a translation. Morwenna has really expanded my perspective on what translation involves and I had so much fun working with her. Muchísimas gracias, Morwenna!
