Hi! I'm Vero — a lifelong language lover and teacher with over 20 years of experience sharing the joy of Spanish and ESL, both in-person and online. I grew up between Argentina and the U.S., so I’m lucky to be fully bilingual in Spanish and English — they both feel like home to me.
In addition to teaching, I also work as a legal translator and interpreter. I’m passionate about languages, travel, and discovering new cultures. Along the way, I’ve added French and Italian to my toolkit and I’m currently diving into Portuguese!

With over 20 years of experience teaching Spanish and ESL English, I bring both passion and professionalism to every class. I’m TESOL-certified and have worked with learners across a wide range of levels and backgrounds, always aiming to create a supportive, engaging learning environment.
My academic background includes a Master’s in Culture & Arts from Rutgers University, and I’m currently continuing my studies in International Affairs at Harvard University. Lifelong learning is something I truly value.
One of my priorities as a teacher is personalization. I carefully tailor each lesson to suit the individual student’s goals, interests, and learning style.My lessons & teaching style
My lessons are designed to be engaging, personalized, and effective. Each session follows a three-part structure:
-Conversational practice to build fluency-Guided grammar work to strengthen accuracy, and
-Vocabulary building with focus on pronunciation.
I customize lessons around your interests and I’m happy to include specific topics or goals you’d like. Materials are provided, and each lesson is supported by a shared Google Doc, which helps you track progress and refer back to what we've covered anytime.
