Since childhood I was in constant search of myself and my "business of life". I studied different languages, literature, tried myself in various kind of sport, style of music and travelled a lot. It was a great pleasure to travelaround Russia to get to know my native country. With even greater pleasure I shared this knowledge, impressions and advice with my foreign friends, who want to get to know Russia better.
This experience has inspired me to enroll for Master program called "Teaching Russian as a foreign language". Then I realized it was my «business of life».Me as a Teacher
I am a professional teacher of Russian as a foreign language. I am a graduate of Moscow State University.
I taught Russian as a foreign language at MGIMO University, then at a private language school in St. Petersburg, then at a college in the United States.
I have been working with foreign students from all over the world for 6 years.
I teach all aspects of the Russian language and specialize in the development of spoken language and Russian pronunciation instruction.

I have completed special training to prepare foreign students for the Russian language certification exams at the A1-C2 levels.My lessons & teaching style
My lessons are focused on speaking.
In each lesson we will review past material and learn new grammar.
You'll immediately start speaking in the lesson, making use of the grammar I'll teach you as we go.
Of course, I will see to it that you regularly review and use words and grammar concepts that you've already learned.
If you are an absolute beginner in Russian, then you have definitely come to the right place
I can guarantee that you will understand the logic of Russian and start speaking within a few lessons
I will send you material with a grammar topic that we will study and practice during the lesson. In this file there will be exercises along with reading texts and a glossary.My teaching material

I had another amazing lesson with Tatiana after a long break! She is very patient and helped me a lot on getting back into the swing of things. As always, I highly recommend her for anyone wanting to seriously study the Russian language, or for quick travel tips! Trust me when I say, you will be in excellent hands when learning with Tanya. As a former English teacher myself I have a high standard for those teaching me. During our several lessons so far, Tanya has gone above and beyond the call of duty.
The structure of her lessons flowed naturally, her preparation was immaculate, and the teaching material she has created is top shelf. It's very apparent that this is not just a side job to make a few extra dollars. This is a dedicated teacher who has worked on her craft for many years. Give her a chance and you won't be disappointed. You'll probably be wishing you'd booked a longer lesson.

I am completing another year of classes with Tanja, as usual she gave me resources adapted and specific for my level and helps me with exercises, some readings and videos ! I highly recommend Tanja! :)
