Another great lesson with Kruu Pond. I enjoy how he is exploring words and expressions with me to make the subtle differences in language understandable for me as a non-native speaker.
Thank you for using google sheets as well which allows me to go back to revise the lesson afterwards on my own.

Pond is seriously amazing! He is so focused it makes the lesson run smoothly without getting off track. He repeated every newly learned expression in three different speed levels and then had me repeat them while checking my pronunciation and tones. If asked a question he will answer it and then move on to the next item; but making sure you are satisfied with the answer. His explanation is clear and he also always adds extra vocabulary or expressions that are helpful. 🙏ขอบคุณมากครับ🙏

there was a particular sound I was having trouble with and pond turned off his AC held up a piece of paper and showed that the piece of paper would move when I pronounce the word properly and the paper wouldn't move when I mispronounced this detail it was interesting and also it's very hot and Bangkok so I appreciate him turning out his AC

Great job adapting the lesson so flexibly to my random curiosities!

The teacher was professional and prepared with his lesson. I had to ask for what I needed during the trial, which was a diagnostic of my pronunciation, tones, and phrases (not single words), and he adjusted for me. No plan or future course was suggested, and some of the ideas he gave me about using the language seemed colloquial and contradicted and what I had learned in Thailand, so I needed to check online to gain a better understanding of a few discrepancies on my own. I would return again for conversational Thai.

We went over the vowels and practiced reading today. I like that we did not get to bogged down in the names of the tones, but Kru Pond just corrected my mispronunciations.
