Russian tutor for adults and kids with experience in teaching for over 8 years Hello! I’m Katya, a 33-year-old Russian native speaker with over seven years of teaching experience. I believe learning a language should be both effective and enjoyable, so my lessons are always interactive and student-focused. I teach children and adults of all levels, helping each student reach their personal goals—whether you want to improve conversation skills, prepare for work, learn Russian for travel, or focus on personal growth, I’ll be happy to guide you. I’m looking forward to helping you on your journey to mastering the Russian language! I’m convinced that anyone can learn a language with the right practice and guidance. Whether you’re just starting out or aiming to enhance your skills, I’ll be happy to guide you every step of the way. Depending on your learning goals, we can focus on speaking, reading, grammar, pronunciation, writing, test preparation, and more. Each lesson is designed to help you grow your vocabulary and feel more confident using Russian in real-life situations. I use a variety of materials—presentations, textbooks, flashcards, PDFs, and more—to keep lessons engaging and effective. If you make a mistake or don't know a word, I’ll write the correct version with stress marks and, if needed, a translation. Most importantly, we’ll choose topics that are interesting to you, so learning stays fun and motivating!

Katya is a really great listener and is so good at understanding what I am trying to say and leading me in the right direction! She has a lot of really great materials as well and is able to to react to my needs and show me the grammar that I need! I really wanted a teacher that can help me understand the complex grammar system that is Russian and Katya is definitely the right person to do that. I absolutely recommend!
