Wonderful lesson! Julien is really exceptional at making lessons easy and fun. He offers great advice and has a knack at helping students' pronunciation. I appreciate his attention to detail and I feel that today's lesson was really productive --I was able to come to class with a few questions and Julien was able to explain clearly and with lots of examples. We did a role play from the get go and it was challenging, but slowly, I am able to string enough words together to make it through the activity.

This was my second French class on italki, and I feel so lucky to have found such a great teacher on just my second try!^^Julien is passionate, highly experienced (and impressively fast at typing!) I love his teaching style; it suits me perfectly and is exactly what I was looking for. I can’t wait for my next lesson with him! Merci beaucoup et à très bientôt!

Julien is fabulous! You won’t regret if you select him as your French teacher! He is seasoned and detail-oriented! You will be surprised by your improvement and confidence in using French!

Julien is very easy going and honest. I feel that I am speaking with a friend who is very supportive and tries to help me get better. He has so many quick resources and materials to help me when I find something difficult to communicate in French. I always end up replacing words in English and afterwords we revise the sentences that I said and he helps me with pronunciation or vocabulary. It is a long slow process but I think I am getting a little better each week.

Practice makes perfect! Julien is a great person to have conversations about any topic. He asks great questions and keeps our conversation flowing. Learning a language takes a lot of time and patience. I feel very lucky that I have a kind teacher who is helping me through the process. I really recommend him to people who are flexible, serious about language learning, and prioritize a relaxed learning environment.
