Lessons are really good. I'm pleased that we are focussing on both general conversation but also looking at some rules of the language. I feel very comfortable with Francesca. She is very patient and explains what I don't understand; plus she is very supportive and I don't feel silly if I make mistakes.

This is the third time that italki classroom has not worked. I logged in but my teacher was unsuccessful. We were able to use Google meet for the visual connection and my teacher was able to send me material through italki messages. I wish they would fix this. My lesson with Francesca was fantastic as always.
