Lessons are really good. I'm pleased that we are focussing on both general conversation but also looking at some rules of the language. I feel very comfortable with Francesca. She is very patient and explains what I don't understand; plus she is very supportive and I don't feel silly if I make mistakes.

Great teacher, she speaks clearly and slowly which is great for a complete beginner. The activities that she presents are on level and interesting. She also smiles a lot. I would recommend her.
