Stress-free conversation practice. Feel confident talking about anything and everything in English! I’m a US-born tutor living in Mexico City, with a Master’s in Sociology. I speak conversational Spanish. Since 2018, I’ve helped intermediate and above learners gain confidence through informal, student-driven conversation lessons. My classes are built around you! You’ll do most of the talking while I listen, ask level-appropriate questions, and offer clarifications on pronunciation, grammar, and natural expressions. No pre-class materials, just real, spontaneous conversation to help you feel more comfortable speaking naturally. I love discussing life, culture, food, and travel. Want to focus on something specific like building vocabulary or pronunciation? Just tell me!

Amanda is a very patient teacher. Whenever I stammer and pause while expressing myself in English, she always encourages me to speak more. She never interrupts me. With her help, I have made great progress in my speaking.

Great lesson! The teacher was patient, well prepared, and kept the conversation natural and engaging. She corrected my pronunciation and grammar in a clear, friendly way and gave useful feedback at the end. The class felt structured but relaxed, and I learned practical vocabulary I can use at work. Highly recommended!
