Azumi Ohara

This lesson was a continuation of translation from chapter 5 Manga. Azumi was very patient and recognized I needed to relax. We have been studying together for a long time know, She knows me. That really helps when I get flustered. She recognizes when im rushing. Very Good Teacher.

I highly, highly recommend Azumi - so knowledgeable, patient and able to explain everything so clearly. We had a great kanji lesson today. Azumi's eye for detail in helping me write correctly is invaluable as is her method of describing the meaning of the kanji strokes - this really helps me to remember them.

The class is building to the next level of understanding. たのしいみにしています。

My first lesson with Azumi was exactly what I needed to begin understanding Japanese in the way it’s meant to be learned. She took a genuine interest in my goals and made sure her explanations were always clear and easy to follow.

She immediately highlighted what really matters to focus on and shared excellent materials even before I booked another lesson. Her highest retention rate speaks for itself. Beyond her professionalism, I love her energy, her depth of knowledge, and the way she explains things. She is a true language nerd, which I deeply relate to, and she always has an answer to any linguistic question I am curious about. Her classes are both efficient and genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommended for serious learners.
