Lydia is an amazing teacher. I enjoy our lessons so much! I have a learning disability that I was afraid to share with her at first but once I finally did it was such a relief. She was very accepting and made me feel like I could still learn and still be a good student. She will work with you 100% towards learning Korean.

Great lesson! It's getting more difficult as I go further and it's great that she reviews things from past lessons to ensure I do not forget.

Today's lesson was fun - we reviewed our last lesson materials and also started going over past tenses. She made me aware of common mistakes that English speakers make so that I can avoid them. She makes me read the conversation sentences in Korean and that helps me tremendously in getting better and smoother, though I have a long way to go.

Enjoyable lesson again! I learned so much in just a short amount of time. Great feedback on written lessons and lots of encouragement. Thank you, Lydia!

As I'm getting deeper into learning, I really like that the beginning of the lesson, there is a little time for free talking where I attempt to utilized what I've learned, even if it's in Konglish (Korean + English) form. As I'm learning more, Lydia quizzes me with a combination of things I just learned along with older material as well so that I do not forget. I'm really enjoying myself!

Today we went over more grammar lessons but happen to start out the lesson with Korean conversation. I appreciated her speaking with me in Korean so I can be immersed but she still used language/grammar within my knowledge limits. She's very patient and understanding, even as I struggled through the honorific versions of sentences.
