Hi! I am a native English speaker living in the United States. I work full time in marketing and have a Bachelor of Arts in marketing. I continue to teach English occasionally because I love teaching and watching my students grow their confidence in the language. I love talking to new people to learn more about them and their culture. *You must notify me before the lesson goes LIVE if you are unable to attend. I cannot guarantee that I will be able to reschedule the lesson. I know how difficult it is to learn a new language. I want to work to increase your confidence in the language. I am a laid back teacher, but I will actively help you improve your English. My goal is to support you. I usually have a more relaxed and comfortable teaching style. We will spend the majority of our lessons talking so you can practice speaking. I also can provide articles, videos, and topics to talk about if you would like that. I encourage questions and active communication to best help you learn.

Marissa is awesome. She doesn't speak a lot like some other tutor, she just makes you speak. So you can have more time and opportunity to practice speaking rather than listening. If you really want to improve the speaking, you definitely should order a class with Marissa.
