Certified Greek and English teacher with 20 years of professional experience Hello! My name is Natassa and I'm from Greece. I love travelling and meeting people from different countries. I enjoy having new exciting experiences and gaining new knowledge. In my free time I volunteer helping animals in shelters, I meet friends and go on trips. I have travelled to Bali, Cuba, Dubai, the USA, Tanzania, Peru, Vietnam and many other countries in Europe. I am fun, funny and patient and my priority is to help learners believe in themselves and feel confident to communicate in a foreign language. I have been working as an English and Greek teacher for 20 years. I have a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Linguistics and a Master's degree in Special Education. I have also spent two years studying Media Assisted Language Teaching at Brighton University. I have worked as a private tutor but also as a teacher in language schools, international summer schools in Europe and in public schools in Greece. When I teach I try to guide students and give them opportunities to explore and discover language. Depending on each student's individual needs I create lessons that give learners the opportunity to practice and improve all four skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening) and great emphasis is also placed on grammar and vocabulary.

I’m very happy with Natassa. I chose her based on reviews from other students and also because her lessons are affordable. I have only had 2 lessons, but know already I’ve made the best choice. Her method of teaching inspires a person to put the hours into what I can do on my own. I’ve learnt a few languages and had a few teachers and she is one of the best!

Natassa is such a fantastic teacher! Her lessons are clearly structured, she's encouraging and fun, and I really appreciate how she uses repetition and dialogue practice to help me move from understanding vocabulary/grammar "in theory" to being able to actually use the language.
