Stuck after the app? I explain Ukrainian in fluent English, then get you speaking 🇺🇦 Most people who come to me can already read a little Ukrainian. They've done the app, maybe a textbook. Then someone speaks at normal speed and it all disappears. That gap is what I work on. I'm a native speaker from Volyn. I spent an academic year in the US as an exchange student, so my English is fluent — and I write for a living, so I think about how sentences are built, not just how they sound. Nearly every tutor here is a native speaker; that part isn't rare. What's rarer is stopping mid-sentence, explaining in clear English why the instrumental case just did that, then putting you back into Ukrainian. I know what breaks an English-speaking brain: the seven cases and which three matter first, verb aspect, word order, stress. I speak Russian too, so if you came to Ukrainian that way, I'll show you where the two diverge.
