Born and raised in Germany, I carry the essence of German traditions, humor, and daily life in my bones. But my story took a vibrant turn when I spent nearly 7 years living, studying, and working in Australia. There, I soaked up the sun, the slang (fair dinkum!), and the laid-back Aussie way of life, becoming a cultural insider in both worlds. For me, language isn’t just grammar and vocabulary—it’s the secret handshake to unlocking deeper connections, whether you’re ordering a *Kaffee* in Berlin or cracking jokes over Vegemite toast in Sydney. I believe learning should be fun. I´m not a professional teacher but over the years I learned a lot and had plenty of time to perfect my trade. I taught German and English for fun (sometimes, in Myanmar, for example, also for cookies...) and professionally on italki.
