In my class, I will ALWAYS correct you. Either by writing it down or interrupting you (depending on your preference) to tell you how what you may have said was mispronounced, grammatically incorrect, or maybe didn't sound right. When I am searching for a teacher, I am searching for someone who will make sure that I am: -remembering new vocabulary -pronouncing words well -listening to other native speakers (by sending podcasts and videos) -writing it well -using the grammar that I have learned effectively You should be looking for the same type of teacher, and you have found her! In my free time, I love to read, play video games, learn new languages, and hike.

I like lessons with Alexandra for a few reasons: 1) I always feel her gentle control over the flow of the lesson progress. There are no awkward pauses - the time is filled with exciting conversations and activities; 2) I always know if I speak something incorrectly, she will correct me, so I more confident using new, more complex grammar structures; 3) she always makes sure that I really remember new material - whether it’s new words, phrasal verbs, or grammar rules. She carefully writes down my mistakes, and in the end of each lesson, we go other them together.
