As a VC pitch leader and consultant for Chinese companies operating in the US, I've built my own diagnostic, framework, and methodology specifically for Chinese professionals and students. I'm here to share that with you. Most English coaching drills grammar and vocabulary and misses the real gap: the cultural mindset difference between how Chinese and Americans communicate. Chinese students may pass English exams but still be misunderstood the moment they have to speak. I coach ESI, my English Speaking Identity framework that turns robotic English into confident English for the interviews, pitches, meetings, and conversations where your words shape your future. In one session, you'll see an improvement in your confidence. In the trial lesson, I will give you my diagnostic that I have created to measure the impact, influence and persuasion of your current English level. After the diagnostic, I will send you your detailed results that shows where your English communication falls short and how we can close this gap. I will include your learning plan and timeline. If your English is already at a B2 to C1 level, I will provide you with a Personality Assessment diagnostic (different from the MBTI) that will be the blueprint to developing your expanded English personality. Our sessions will focused on key skills that will improve your work and social life when you have to communicate in English. The key skills we will develop will also be provided after the assessment.
