Saki SAN’s lesson is very interesting and helps very much. Her explanation to grammar is easy to learn and remember!

Saki先生はとても優しくて話しやすいです！敬語の表現や上司との対応など色々教えてくださり、本当にありがとうございました！^^ 老師很親切，上課的感覺像和朋友對話一樣沒有壓力！今天學到了同等級的敬語也會因為語尾變化而有不同的印象，也學到了如何與上司溝通。是相當不錯的日文課！

I have been taking lessons with Saki-Sensei for a number of years now. We started with Genki 1 and now we are working on Quartet. You won't find a more knowlegeable teacher. In additions her lessons are whatever you want them to be. If you want to have a free conversation or an explanation of a grammar point, you can do both in her class. I think that she is an excellent teacher and I highly recommend her.

Saki Sensei is an excellent teacher! In the time I have been taking lessons with her I beleive that my Japanese speaking skills have improved greatly. Her classes are one of the highlights of my week.

Although it is easy to find capable tutors and instructors who will prepare a student to pass the JLPT exam, Saki-sensei is an ideal teacher for students seeking more than just the ability to answer multiple-choice questions correctly. Because my language goals are broader than only passing the exam, she has been skillfully adding more instruction on usage patterns, idiomatic language, nuance, and word choice. It's the difference between an instructor and a professional university language teacher. However, since she's a full-time professor, it might be hard to schedule lessons. Likewise, since her italki students (like me) are competing for time with her full-time job, the lesson rates are reasonably higher than average. However, if you are seeking a university-course-level experience, but with a 1-to-1 student-to-teacher ratio, Saki-sensei is worth every dollar.
