Others say learning English is difficult. But I believe that learning English can be fun and enjoyable. My name is Cathy. I live in the Philippines. I finished BS Computer Science and BS Education major in English. I enjoy teaching because it is my passion. I like watching informative and fun videos. I also love gardening. I love listening to Christian songs and reading inspirational books. I am a friendly person and easy to get along with, that’s why my students feel comfortable and confident in the class. I am also a Sunday school teacher for kids in our church. I love and enjoy teaching them and doing fun activities with the kids. I’m so excited to meet you in in the class.Me as a Teacher
I am a Licensed Professional Teacher. I had six years of teaching experience in a formal school setting. Currently, I am an online English teacher and was able to teach students with different levels – from Beginner to Advanced level. I am teaching English to help children and adults who want to learn and improve their English skills especially their oral skills and English proficiency. I find teaching a rewarding career knowing that the work I do has direct impact on the lives of the students. I feel rewarded seeing my students’ progress. I am easy to get along with and I am optimistic. I hope to meet you soon in my class and let us make learning English fun.My lessons & teaching style
I can provide lessons according to the student’s level and objective in learning English. I put emphasis on pronunciation, vocabulary, reading comprehension and application. I will also provide examples so it would be easy for the student to understand the lesson.
