I'm here to help you gain experience with having real conversations with a native speaker. I teach people of all ages (16+) and backgrounds. I have structured material for different levels (they are Google Docs or pdf files, it's up to you). I'm happy to discuss any topics and share my knowledge of different cultures and traditions. I encourage my students to speak as much as possible. I help them reduce mistakes through clear explanations and examples.Me as a Teacher

I'm a big fan of study skills and will encourage you to develop these so that you can become more independent as a language learner. As part of this, I help you to set an achievable goal and create a study plan that will move you towards it step by step. My overall belief about language learning is that it should be a rewarding process. Yes, you may need to work hard to achieve your goals, but that doesn't mean that the journey can't be enjoyable.My lessons & teaching style
From my years of experience I developed an easy-going lesson style. I like to establish a friendly relationship with my students -- you should feel comfortable enough with me to speak freely, make mistakes and express your opinions. For my conversation classes, I like to keep the discussions natural and realistic in the same way that you would have a real-life conversation with a native speaker, rather than a formal, classroom-like experience.My teaching material

Lyudmila is simply an excellent teacher. She has a wonderful combination of knowledge, methodology, pleasant personality and dedication. Studying Russian with her is a real joy and allows one to make progress in the most efficient and agreable way. She knows how to adapt herself easily to the wishes and requirements of the student while combining them with her own individual input.
