I recently moved back to the USA after living in Bogota, Colombia for 10 years. I have a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Northeastern University and I am curious about the different people and cultures of this world and am always looking to learn more and expand my knowledge and consciousness. I love to cook, bake, and create arts and crafts like drawing, painting, and textile arts. Other hobbies and passions are music, dancing, travel, animals, plants, well-being, and learning. My goal for the next year is to travel around the US exploring new places, meeting new people and spending lots of time in the great outdoors! I am a CELTA-certified teacher with over 14 years of experience in all different levels, ages, and objectives. I started in 2009 as a volunteer teacher at an immigration center and fell in love with teaching. I got certified in 2011 in Bogota, Colombia and taught at several language institutes such as International House before becoming a professor at the Externado University of Colombia, one of the best universities in the country.
