I am a professional teacher from the Czech Republic with 17 years' classroom and online tutoring experience. I enjoy teaching all aspects of Russian and Czech of all levels. I'm originally from Belarus, where Russian is a spoken language, but have been living in the Czech Republic for 17 years with my husband (a Czech native speaker) and my daughter. I live in a beautiful little village in the centre of a region called Highland which is only 120 km from Prague. I enjoy many things but most of all studying foreign languages (I speak English, German, French, Italian and Czech), walking outside, reading and watching foreign films in the original.Me as a Teacher
Describing myself as a teacher, I would say that I’m very patient, motivated and flexible. I offer experience, guidance, and support to help students towards their individual goals. I have taken a lot of lessons online before, and now I feel passionate about tutoring here on italki.
My teaching approach is always adapted to suit the age, ability, aims and interests of the individual student. Target areas include conversation, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation... It’s important that classes are relaxed, comfortable and are enjoyable as well as fruitful. My lessons & teaching style
I offer a wide selection of conversational topics so you can choose and focus on specific areas of the language. Learning should be fun and enjoyable!
