A1-C2 Professional Teacher and Assessor for Macedonian as a foreign language My name is Biljana, and I was born and raised in Skopje, Macedonia, where I continue to live and work today. I am a professional Macedonian language teacher with a strong academic background, having graduated as a teacher of Macedonian Language and South Slavic Literature. I also hold a master’s degree in Macedonian Studies and Communication, which has further deepened my expertise in the field. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in various language-related roles, including editing and proofreading, translating between English and Macedonian, and journalistic writing. My teaching experience covers both native speakers and foreign learners, and I have taught Macedonian in traditional classroom settings as well as through face-to-face instruction. In addition to teaching, I have published several research papers in national linguistic journals, contributing to the academic community in Macedonia. Since 2019, I have dedicated myself full-time to online Macedonian instruction, helping students from diverse backgrounds achieve their language goals with professional guidance and support. Furthermore, since 2021, I have been working as a certified A1-C2 assessor for Macedonian as a foreign language, allowing me to evaluate and support learners at all proficiency levels. My passion for the Macedonian language and commitment to education drive me to continually improve my teaching methods and help my students succeed.
