Hello!
My name is Eduardo, but you can call me Pepe. I live in San Luis Potosí in Mexico. I enjoy exercise, travel, meeting new people, and especially helping people to achieve their language goals for Spanish, French, and English. Like you, I am also learning another language (Japanese, Russian, LSM, Nahuatl and Italian) so I know exactly how you feel when you try to learn a foreign language. I've been a language teacher for 10 years (I actually have a foreign language teaching degree) and I am currently working with kids and adults. I think the language class must be dynamic and fun. I create my materials as we progress in your learning so be sure I will create materials according to your needs and learning style (always trying to keep classes focusing on what you want), this way you will find yourself making progress in no time! I have been taking lessons from Pepe for several months now and am blown away by how far my Spanish has come.
In the beginning, I could hardly string a sentence together and after around six months, I am conversational and even find myself thinking and dreaming in Spanish.
Pepe is a patient and knowledgeable instructor and very easy to talk to. I’m happy to call him my instructor and my friend. Choosing to work with him was by far the best decision I’ve made in my Spanish journey.
I can’t recommend this instructor enough!

I have been working with Pepe on my Spanish for a year and a half. he is a very supportive, knowledgeable and fun teacher. makes learning Spanish fun, even during the rough parts ( I'm looking at you subjunctive) lol.
Also he's flexible with his scheduling and was nice enough to reschedule when needed. great teacher, highly recommended!

I have been working with Pepe since December 2022 - more than a year and a half! I have a regular schedule where I meet with Pepe twice weekly, and I've seen my Spanish skills explode! I now have a strong enough vocabulary to use Spanish at my job and in my everyday life; and now being able to speak Spanish has been life-changing. Early on when using italki I tried a couple of different teachers, and Pepe has been the best. Pepe is fun, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and has flexible teaching styles. My personal preference for lessons is casual conversations, but Pepe has also been available to provide me high-quality instruction on specific grammar concepts when I need it, integrating different technologies into the lesson. Pepe is patient and encouraging with my mistakes. Pepe also has his own podcast that I subscribe to that has additional study materials. I always look forward to my lesson at the end of the week where I can tell Pepe about my new successes with using Spanish!
