I worked for 7 years in an international cultural exchange organization that provided an international voluntary work camp. We also worked with the European Voluntary Service through a partnership with Erasmus
Because English was always used with volunteers, I was able to improve my English (learn by doing) and - in the same time - help them learn or improve their French.
Then, I started to teach French online more than three years ago.Me as a Teacher
Please note I DON'T WORK WITH CHILDREN because I don't have the skills to do that...
I only accept students from 15yo to 60yo.

According to me, teaching can be fun and did in an alive and natural way.
Lots of foreign students admitted the academic way could be tedious overtime and when they obtained their degrees, they even couldn't really speak French naturally and fluency.
As I learnt English just by experience, I perfectly understand their point of view.
And because of that, I like to teach French in an "alive" way.My lessons & teaching style
The method I use is what I call the "living" one.
It's indeed through "conversational classes" that you will be able to practice your oral skills, while with the informal tutoring, it will be more focused on the understanding, pronouncing and writing French as it is currently used in France.
And all of this in a natural and relaxed way.
This doesn't exclude, of course, some practical exercises, such as writing texts, reading or dictation, if the student wishes.

Partick has been super helpful during my French learning journey! He is very patient, and encouraging. Instead of giving out the answers directly, he always encourages me to think, to memorise and to find out the answer myself. We talk about everything in life, it riches my vocabulary in all aspects and since the classes are always conducted in French, it helped me to improve my listening and speaking skills efficiently.
