Hi there! My name is Vladimir, I'm 33 years old with two diplomas - one in journalism and another as a Business IT Specialist. Croatian and Serbian are my native languages. I have been speaking and using English for almost 30 years of my life, and German for almost 10. For quite a while I lived in Ireland and Germany.
I'm an easy-going and patient person who loves to meet and work with people from different countries. It's very easy to talk to me about different topics, and I am sure that we will find something in common.Me as a Teacher
As a tutor, I am very patient and attentive. My lessons are tailored to the level and the requirements of each student, in order to make the learning process quick, interesting and fun! I enjoy teaching other people. I always create a lecture that is beneficial for my students. In my lessons, I will always encourage my students to speak without being afraid of making some mistakes. I want to show to my students all mistakes I was doing for years, so you could avoid it and make your learning process much faster and easier.My lessons & teaching style
I offer structured lessons, but also conversational one. I immediately adapt to students level in the first lessons. The best way to learn a new language is through everyday conversations, talking about interesting topics, not ignoring grammar, which plays an important part. We can take as an example your favorite book, song or movie and explain grammar rules or learn vocabulary because it will be easier for you to associate with this material. You can feel relaxed and confident and at the same time, I can give you some advice to learn faster and be better!My teaching material

Vladimir explains things really well and is very encouraging! No matter how many mistakes you make, he will still understand you. He can adjust his speech to any level so that even a beginner can start having interesting conversations right from the start. He also knows about a lot of different things so it is easy to talk to him about pretty much anything and everything.

I really enjoyed my first Croatian lesson with Vladimir. He is very chill, which is great because I feel less nervous. I really enjoy his explanations about various Croatian dialects and the history behind the evolution of the language. I know I will learn a lot with Vladimir. I can't wait for my next lesson.
