Hi! I’m Viktoria, a Russian teacher who used to engineer submarines 🚢 Now I help students speak Russian confidently from the very first lesson with clear and structured methods. With 6+ years of experience and a linguistics background, I make even complex grammar simple and practical. I have completed formal training in teaching Russian as a foreign language, including TORFL exam preparation. This allows me to explain even complex grammar in a clear, structured, and easy-to-understand way, and to help students prepare effectively for their goals. I believe speaking is the key to learning a language. After years of studying English, I only became fluent through real communication — and that’s how I teach. You will start speaking from the first lesson, while learning grammar in a simple and practical way. I create a clear learning plan based on your goals and adjust it as you progress. In our lessons, you will speak a lot, build useful vocabulary, and gain confidence in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.

Viktoria is a wonderful teacher who has helped me improve my Russian through her very interesting and informative teaching method. We have classes daily and I always look forward to them. Viktoria has an interesting background, being both a language teacher and an engineer. With her vast knowledge of Russia and Russian history, she is able to explain to me the nuances behind the Russian words I am learning, which is invaluable. If you’re looking for a teacher who is thorough & who will push your boundaries, but will do so in a kind and stress-free way, I can’t imagine there would be any better than Viktoria. I love that I can be made to feel so relaxed while learning a complex and difficult subject. Victoria makes my learning Russian interesting, fun, and easy.
