Speak with Confidence: Business English, Interviews & IELTS Hi, I'm Mark — a certified ESL teacher with 9+ years' experience helping adults speak English with confidence, clarity and fluency. I hold a TQUK Level 5 TEFL certification, GA Level 3 qualifications in Teaching Young Learners and Practical Teaching, and I'm certified in IELTS coaching. I specialise in conversation practice, Business English, job interview preparation, workplace communication and IELTS coaching. Alongside teaching, I currently work in web design, and I also have a background in jewellery design and manufacture, and retail. This mix gives me real insight into the communication challenges professionals face, so I focus on practical, workplace-ready English rather than textbook grammar. Preparing for a job interview? Rather than generic questions, I tailor practice to your industry — with particular experience in IT and tech — helping you explain your experience and skills clearly and professionally. Every lesson is built around your goals. Having lived in both Australia and South Africa, I have a clear, neutral accent that's easy to follow. Let's get you speaking the English you need!

Mark is incredibly helpful and explains everything clearly. Our lesson was very interactive and engaging. He created a comfortable learning environment where I felt confident participating and asking for clarification whenever needed. I really appreciated his patience, knowledge, and enthusiasm, which made the lesson both enjoyable and productive.
