Literature (Spanish and Classics) & Philosophy student. 6 Years teaching Spanish and English! Hi! I’m from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I’m passionate about languages, literature, and philosophy. As a student at the University of Buenos Aires, I’ve specialized in both Spanish and Classical Literature, and I’ve studied ancient languages like Latin, Ancient Greek, and Sanskrit alongside modern ones. With over 6 years of teaching experience on Italki, I’ve helped students from all over the world—children and adults—achieve their Spanish and English goals, no matter their native language. I love sharing my enthusiasm for reading, art, history, and culture, and I’m always excited to connect with new students who want to explore language in a meaningful way. My method It really depends on what the student is looking for and what I assess they need the most. I have a conversational teaching method mixed with grammar study. I use Google Docs to a create a personal file for each of my students where all information is saved. I also share my screen to check different materials and share images. I provide good dictionaries and working online tools. I like to assign homework, which can be costumized to each of my students so that they won't get bored doing it! I have comics, books, fables, podcasts, dialogue stories and many other cool materials to share. Also I prepare students for DELE exams and provide exam samples.

Franco is a fantastic teacher, very helpful and patient, and a true linguist. He has a vast knowledge of languages and has an intimate knowledge of etymology ( the history of ) words, which is a great way to understand and remember when you are learning.
