Every class with Darina's great. She's taught me that learning a language is full of ups and downs and all things that are good take time. I started learning russian about 3 months ago and the progress I've made with her is amazing. Trust me it's not because I'm this great student but because she prepares each lesson based on my needs. She's very insightful and patient. She understands the process and complexity of language learning. It takes time, endurance, and dedication. Darina is a very good. I scheduled a lesson with her just to try out a Russian lesson after having been away from the language for many years. I found her lesson to be very well-structured between listening, speaking, reading and writing. She is professional and clearly very experienced. She will correct you on pronunciation as well, which is very important when learning a language. She made me feel very comfortable, even though I was a bit embarrassed at the amount of Russian that I had forgotten. Darina would be a great choice for all levels if you're looking for a Russian tutor.
