Hi, I’m Élisa! I teach French and English as second languages on italki. I’m a native French speaker and have lived in the UK for 6 years. I hold a PGCE teaching degree and I also have a degree in English Studies allowing me to teach EAL.Me as a Teacher
I became a teacher in secondary school, where I specialised in languages. Later, I worked as a French assistant abroad, which confirmed my passion. I've taught students of all ages, including those preparing for GCSE and A-Level exams.
J'ai choisi d’enseigner au lycée, où je me suis spécialisée en langues. J’ai travaillé comme assistante de français à l’étranger, ce qui a confirmé ma vocation. J’ai enseigné à tous les âges, et ai préparé à la prise d'examens.
Decidí ser profesora en la secundaria, donde me especialicé en idiomas. Trabajé como asistente de francés en el extranjero, lo que confirmó mi vocación. He enseñado a estudiantes de todas las edades y los he preparado para exámenes.My lessons & teaching style
My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs, passions, and goals. I include speaking practice and cultural elements to improve language skills. Lessons last 55 minutes to 1 hour.

Mes cours sont adaptés aux besoins et objectifs de chaque étudiant. J’intègre de la pratique orale et des aspects culturels dans mes leçons. Les cours durent entre 55-60 min.

Élisa is a wonderful teacher. My daughter has been having lessons with her for several months now. And she is always pleased and motivated to continue.
Élisa is perfectly prepared for the course, they are using different materials for the learning. The homework my daughter receives each time is highly appreciated.
But what is most important is that Élisa is a very patient, engaging and calm person, which makes her such an amazing English teacher.
