Full time Russian native / English teacher I have multiple interests, the most important of which is learning foreign languages. I speak English, German and a little bit of French and Spanish. Bachelor in international relations, decided to change carriers and got a teaching license. Have experience teaching adults at a language center and kids aged 5-11 at primary school and kindergarten. Other than learning languages I like sports, listening to audio books, watching films, series and educational videos. I'm convinced that the results of learning a language depend on a student as much as they depend on a teacher. First of all, good coversation skills are obtained primarily by practicing coversation, which requires patience and commitment. To start practicing conversation from scratch, I prefer using such methods as discussing daily news, writing short texts about personal experience on basic topics (e.g. hobbies, daily routines, shopping etc.) or a diary, sharing it in class, reading and retelling short stories, retelling video- and audio messages etc. For intermediate and advanced learners I like to do the same but without spending as much time on building vocabulary.
