Hello there, My name is Taho. I was born and raised in Japan. I worked as a medical technologist in a hospital for several years. I have lived outside of Japan for many years in various countries including the Philippines, New Zealand, Malaysia and Taiwan.

Since I have studied English myself, I know how you feel and the problems when studying a second language.
I will adjust my teaching methods to help you feel more comfortable and relaxed while studying.

At regular intervals, we will review your progress and place stepping stones that will lead you to achieve your language goals.
定期的にレッスン内容を振り返り、学習状況を一緒に復習しましょう。学習者の方がご自身のゴールに一歩ずつ確実に近づくよう、授業が的確なステッピングストーンとなるようデザインします。
During my time teaching, I have learnt that it is important to involve you in our lessons, talking about your self & your life while using your new grammar and vocabulary. You need to feel relaxed and to have fun, while I need to be patient and explain everything clearly.
学習者の方が実践に役立つと実感していただける授業スタイルになるよう心掛けます。新しい文法・単語を学ぶ際、ご自身に生活の中でその文法・単語を使ってどんな話ができるか共に場面を設定し、実際に使っていただきます。話の途中で訂正したりはしませんので、安心して新しい文法・単語を使うことに挑戦してください。納得していていただけるようていねいにわかりやすく説明するよう心がけます。My teaching material

I find Taho先生 professional and I know that I’ve really improved since we started our lessons together. I’m slow at learning Japanese but I’ve never felt pressured by Taho せんせいwhich makes the lessons enjoyable. I’m looking forward to my next lesson.

I just finished my first lesson with Taho Sensei, He was very professional and polite, and very flexible in adapting to what I have learned previously. He was very patient and welcoming, even though I feel I was nervous and over spoke many times. Can't wait for another lesson!

I never have a bad lesson with Taho先生。He is consistently patient with all of my mistakes and will explain something until I understand. Such patience and encouragement can be hard to find but he provides it without fail.
