I am a native English-speaker from the United States and certified teacher with a master´s degree in Teaching English as a 2nd Language. I was born in the U.S. and I have lived here most of my life I have studied and taught languages for more than 30 years. I love teaching and learning languages. For 24 years, I taught English and Spanish in a public school in the U.S. before I retired in 2018 I enjoyed teaching high school and college but now I teach online. I like connecting with students from other countries through the internet and sharing my knowledge of the English language and American culture with them.

Dan is very patient and sharp. I like his way of proactively asking me questions on verbs or phrases that I thought I already understood but actually not. I feel in this way I can indeed improve my vocabulary to the next level :)
